VEST

I walk with my weighted vest on every morning.  I currently have the 12lb one, but pick one you think would work best for your needs. The benefits of wearing one during walks/workouts include:  improved posture, weight bearing for improved bone density, increased calories burned, and improving core strength.  This one is weighted with iron sand and is super durable and comfortable.
