This video is a 30 minute BARRE INSPIRED WORKOUT, for beginners. Barre became popular in 2001 when Pure Barre workouts started. It is a great workout that has controlled movements to help isolate certain muscles. A mat and light hand weights (1-2lb) are recommended, but not required. Its purpose is to help increase flexibility, agility, balance, and strength of the core and really, the whole body! This, in turn, can help increase ease with daily activities and decrease joint pain.
Diet soda has become one of the most popular "health swaps" people make. But, when we look closer at the research, the story becomes more complicated. In this video, we will discuss why diet sodas can be harmful to our health.
