This is a 30 minute workout involving a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength, then 5 minutes of stretch. Its purpose is to help improve posture, balance, coordination, cardio endurance, and overall strength. This, in turn, can help increase ease of daily activities and reduce joint pain.
