This video will take you through a 30 minute cardio and strength interval workout, using just hand weights. This workout is in intervals so your transitions will be quick We will go through 5 minutes of power walking, followed by 5 minutes of upper body strengthening, followed by 5 minutes of power walking, followed by 5 minutes of lower body strengthening. Its purpose is to help increase and improve the endurance and the tone/strength of the overall body. This, in turn, can help increase ease with daily activities and decrease joint pain.
