By member request, this video is a re-do of a 2020 video. It will take you through a 40 minute full body cardio/strength workout with a step bench. This workout is in intervals so your transitions will be quick and your exercises will be short in length. Its purpose is to help increase and improve your balance, strength, and endurance. This, in turn, can help increase ease with daily activities & decrease joint pain.
In this video, we’re going to be discussing Part 2 of 3 studies I want to bring to you. This study examines how diet can protect cognitive function and answers the question of..."Can a Mediterranean-style eating pattern help protect cognition, even for people who carry genes that increase risk for Alzheimer's Disease. I will discuss the actual study, the results, and the message for us to take away.
