PUTTY
Therapeutic Putty is a GREAT tool to gain mobility and strength, and decrease stiffness and pain in the hands and fingers. Great for those suffering from arthritis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, and more. I like this one as it includes different resistance so you can start lightly and graduate to thicker ones. This putty is non-toxic and unscented.
