Kettlebells can be really fun to workout with! They are easy, safe, and comfortable to hold.  They can help increase power, strength, and endurance. Using "swings" and other kettlebell movements, it can be a great tool to help increase coordination and core strength as well. You can order them in any weight, but I have found an 8 pounder is the most versatile.
